Prague tournament 2025 – almost 200 participants!

Hello everyone, last weekend JIGS attended the 53rd Prague tournament with 12 students and 5 teachers. It’s one of the biggest European tournaments, and this year it attracted 182. It is a 6 round tournament with generous prize money, which attracts the strongest European (and also non-European ^^) players.

The tournament moved to a new venue at Hotel Olympik, and organizers did a great job creating a pleasant experience for the players. Free tea was available throughout the rounds, and attendees could also buy merchandise from the new store https://go-factory.eu/ or Go equipment from https://www.go-shop.cz/.
